Hi, I am Lonni Starr and I have been teaching water aerobics in the mornings at North Park for the past three years. It is a joy to meet with the participants of the class each week to encourage and motivate them with their fitness goals.
I have a passion for water sports! Swimming competitively and teaching water aerobic fitness class in my teens and through college helped me gain an appreciation for the physical and mental health that water exercise can provide.

I have an incredible family who are my strength and support. We love being outdoors and enjoy spending long weekends at the lake or ocean, skiing, kayaking, camping and traveling.

Pam Mueller

I have been teaching yoga for approximately 25 years, mainly due to the inspiration from my students. I was trained and certified through YogaFit and have participated in numerous courses since then to enhance and expand my portfolio. The best thing about adding a yoga practice to your routine is getting a good workout, especially core strength, while making a true difference in your everyday life.
